The Diornu 2023 comes out in a new version that is more adherent to the territoriality that Baglio Diar is increasingly aiming for.
The choice of the winery was in fact to remove the Chardonnay and prefer a wine made with 100% Inzolia grapes.
The Diornu confirms itself as a fresh and daily wine with aromas of apple and jasmine.
There are also some more balsamic notes like mint and fennel.
On the palate it is refreshing with a pleasant note of lime.
PAIRING: excellent as an aperitif and with white meats and fresh cheeses.
