
L'Ardita is a wine that challenges everything and everyone.
In the land of great Piedmontese reds, L'Ardita, made from 100% Favorita grapes, makes its mark thanks to its uniqueness and unusual production process.
The grapes used to produce this wine come from a west-facing vineyard in the Serralunga d'Alba area, on limestone-clay soils rich in minerals and organic substances.
The manual harvest in mid-September is followed by cryomaceration at 2-3°C, and then fermentation with the skins at a controlled temperature.
After fermentation, characterized by frequent punch-downs, L'Ardita is transferred to stainless steel tanks where it rests for several months before being bottled.
Sweet and delicate fruity notes on the nose lead to a characterful sip with a rich body.
