Carignano del Sulcis is totally successful grape among the winelovers because it provides wines with a good body and still very fresh and creamy.
U-Tabarka's Roussou is a 100% Carignano del Sulcis from Sardinia from which only 5000 bottles have been produced with very low yield.
Little quantity but great quality, as usual for U-Tabarka wines.
Roussou is refined in stainless steel only to preserve the original and authentic aromas of the grape: Mediterranean bush and spice aromas.
To the palate this wine is clean, smooth and spicy with a pleasant freshness towards the end.
PAIRING: ideal with red meat and game, try it with tuna at cooler temperature (14-16°)
