This is exactly what makes Durio's Eli perfect. It is made with grapes from the north side of Durio's hills from Agliano Terme (Asti, Piedmont) with 5 months aging in stainless steel that preserve the spontaneity of Arneis.

Pungent notes of fresh fruit (pineapple and apple) and enveloping taste make this wine totally adorable.

PAIRING: great as aperitif and with fish.
