The Maiè Barbera by Michele Brezzo is produced from the oldest vineyards of the winery and takes its name from the way the first shoot from which the first fruit will grow is called in the Piedmontese dialect.
The 4-month aging in oak barrels softens the acidity typical of Barbera and imparts smoother notes reminiscent of ripe cherry.
We have a wine of excellent intensity and splendid drinkability with a dry taste.
