NEBBIOLO LANGHE DOC ANIMUM 2023 - MICHELE BREZZO

Michele Brezzo’s Nebbiolo Animum is a fine example of how careful use of barriques can bring roundness and drive to the most classic Langhe grape variety without stripping it of its identity.

Animum is the result of meticulous vineyard management with manual selection of the best bunches.

After fermentation at controlled temperature, the wine is transferred into barriques for 12 months.

The nose is fruity and expansive. On the palate it is enveloping, with a lovely return of fruity notes softened by hints of vanilla.

The finish is very long, leaving room for elegance.
