BARBARESCO VALLEGRANDE DOCG - CA' DEL BAIO

Among the Ca del Baio Barbaresco Vallegrande is the most traditional. It grows on the vineyards that surround the winery and is aged 24 months in big casks made of Slavonian oak. 
The colour is garnet red, to the nose it is intense with a fresh underbrush aroma. In the mouth it is smooth and full-bodied with a very long persistence.
Ideal with any kind of meat, specially roast.
It can age another 10-15 years.
