Pelaverga is a special wine. Only eleven winemakers make it and you can find it only here in this tiny part of Piedmont.
The color is light red, almost pink, and to the nose it's a crazy succession of sweet and hot spices: pepper and strawberry mostly. In the mouth it's spicy and reminds of old times.
Great with salami and appetizers.
