"Territorio" is, as the name suggests, Claudio Mariotto's Barbera most tied to its origins.
A wine from a west/southwest-facing vineyard between Tortona and Sarezzano, with a yield of just 6000 kg per hectare.
Vinification exclusively in steel preserves the grape's characteristics: fresh notes of red fruits and flowers, softened by pleasant hints of tobacco and strawberry.
The 12 months of maturation in stainless steel contribute to good structure and an almond-like finish.
