
La Magnolia's Ribolla Gialla is made in total absence of oxygen to make sure there is no oxidation at all. The grapes are softly pressed at low temperature to ensure a full extraction of the substances. The fermentation is made in stainless steel and then the wine is bottled with a very limited use of sulphites, even below the limits for the organic certified wines.
It's a very aromatic Ribolla with lime and green apple fragrances.
Ideal with fish starters and seafood.
