RIBONA COLLI MACERATESI BIANCO DOC 2025 - COLLEMARA

Ribona is a rare grape variety that can be found exclusively in the Colli Maceratesi area, in the Central Italy region of Marche.

Some describe it as the gentle and marine Verdicchio. It is certainly a very particular grape variety that recalls the more famous Marche wine for its complexity and aging capacity.

Ribona from the Collemara winery expresses citrus aromas and an intriguing bouquet of fresh flowers.
On the palate, it is initially savory, then expresses softer notes in the finish.

The grapes for this wine are harvested strictly by hand with careful selection of the best bunches.
The vinification involves a short maceration on the skins to extract aromas and substance.
The aging is in steel for at least 7 months.
