GRECHETTO SELKIS LAZIO IGT 2024 - GIORGIO PECORA

Selkis, the goddess of healing and protection, inspires this Grechetto di Todi from Giorgio Pecora winery, as if to protect and elevate our senses.

To make it so unforgettable and persistent, Giorgio and his son Federico chose to let the wine undergo a short period of aging in wooden barrels after fermentation in stainless steel. This gives the wine greater structure and a variety of aromas that leave you amazed.

Apricot stands out on the nose at first, followed by balsamic and honeyed notes alongside the fruit.
On the palate, it is savoury, with notes of helichrysum emerging on the finish.


PAIRINGS: carbonara, fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, risotto with pumpkin and pecorino, Roman-style salt cod.
