The Friulano (previously known as Tocai) is one of the flagships of the winery La Magnolia.
After twelve hours of maceration on the skins, typical of important white wines with ageing perspectives, the must is cold decanted. Fermentation and ageing is done in steel to preserve the fantastic fragrances of fruit (almond) and wildflowers paired with the great minerality given by the chalky soil.
PAIRING: It goes perfectly with raw ham and other cold appetizers.
