Not many wineries produce Chardonnay in the Piedmont region. You need the right terroir and good technique to produce a pleasurable Chardonnay. After careful evaluations, the Francone family has chosen to dedicate a part of the Gallina vineyard to this variety of vine: the limestone rich soil and the right sun exposure have confirmed that their choice was excellent for this complex, fragrant and intense Chardonnay.
