On paper, it's a typical wine from the Castelli Romani and would therefore fall into the "Frascati" category, given its blend of Malvasia and Trebbiano grapes.
But in Tufaio, the emphasis is on freshness and minerality, thanks to the tuffaceous soil where the vineyard grows and the elegant touch of Nicoletta Loreti and her father Claudio.
