The vineyards of Borgo La Stella are situated at an altitude of 600 meters above sea level, and most of them are bush-trained, factors that contribute to the wine’s moderate alcohol content and good concentration of flavor.
Before being released to the market, the Chianti Classico 2020 spent 12 months in wooden barrels, plus a few months in the bottle.
An engaging aromaticity of cherries on the nose, satisfying chewiness on the palate.
