
Contrada di Sorano's Barbera Superiore Sottosopra is made with grapes from Serralunga and from Sinio.
The production is made with malolactic fermentation on the lies followed by 6 months in third passage barrique barrels. After this the Barbera will rest few months in the bottle.
Only one thousand and six hundred bottles were made from vintage 2019.
It's a lovely full-bodied and structured wine with a great balance between the typical acidity of Barbera and the smoothnes given by the refining in the cellar.
