Vinicola Cicella's Negroamaro is an intense and easy to drink red wine from Puglia.
The harvest is done in September when the grapes are fully ripe. Thanks to the dry climate of Puglia the grapes are always healthy and resistant to the main diseases.
Negroamaro by Vinicola Cicella ages few months in stainless steel and keeps the typical properties of the variety: violet and dark fruits aromas to the nose, good body and acidity to the palate. Very interesting thyme note in the final.
PAIRING: you can enjoy this wine at best with roast, game and medium-aged cheeses
