
Ubi Es is La Magnolia's top wine. It's a 50%-50% blend of Merlot and Schioppettino (a native vine from Friuli Venezia Giulia) and takes advantage of the highest care both in the vineyard and in the cellar. The grapes are accurately selected and then dried for several days before being pressed. After the racking there is a maturation in barrique barrels for two years.
The aromas are dark: blackberry, black currant, cloves and roasted coffee.
PAIRING: The soft tannins allow this wine to age for many years and to perfectly pair with elaborate dishes like stew, wild game and aged cheeses.
