MATURANO LAZIO IGP BEBÈ 2024 - I CIACCA

Bebè is, as the name suggests, the youngest Maturano produced by the I Ciacca winery.

This is an important distinction, as Maturano is a grape variety endowed with extraordinary aging potential, a trait shared by only a select few white wines.

Although young, Bebè already expresses a strong, distinctive personality. This stems both from the splendid vineyard set on clay-limestone soils at 600 meters above sea level and from the meticulous cellar work, which includes spontaneous fermentation and 9 months of lees aging.

The Maturano Bebè by I Ciacca is a deliciously flavorful white wine, featuring vibrant aromas of citrus, honey, and mimosa on the nose, accompanied by a delightfully mineral palate.

The finish is remarkably long.

Ready to enjoy today, but well worth revisiting in a few years.
