Mascarello's Barbera d'Alba is a perfect summary of how a good Barbera should be: robust, simple with good acidity.
This wine is made with grapes that come from the winery's vineyards located in Alba, Diano d'Alba and La Morra. It is aged in stainless steel so to preserve all the intensity of the grapes.
An intensity that we find again in the ruby red color in the glass. Red fruit and jam aromas to the nose. To the palate the acidity is well balanced by the soft taste of the fruity notes.
