The aging is exclusively in stainless steel so to maintain the original aromas of the Primitivo (Zinfandel) grapes.
If you will give it a little time and taste the wine 20-30 minutes after pouring it you will notice a great evolution of the fragrances that will show delicious wood scents together with cherry and strawberry.
