Cabernet Franc has been cultivated in Friuli for such a long time that it is now almost considered a native grape variety.
There are many local wineries that produce it, but not all of them manage to interpret it with the lightness and respect that Berto & Fiorella dedicate to it.
The choice to use exclusively stainless steel is proof of this.
The result is a Cabernet Franc that is absolutely varietal in its aromas of pepper, peppercorn, and earth. A rich undergrowth full of surprises and nuances, but also solid and upright, medium-bodied and with good depth.
PAIRING: game and grilled meats.
