Belon du Belon produced only 2000 bottles of this pas dosè vintage 2017 made with Chardonnay (with a cuvèe of Chardonnay Riserva) and 10% Pinot Noir.
The selection in the vineyard and in the cellar reduced the yield to 47% of the harvest to make sure that only the best grapes goes to the fermentation.
48 months on the lees.
This wine is a pure and neat expression of the Franciacorta terroir with citrus, almond and bread aromas.
Fragrant and aromatic to the palate with very fine perlage.
A totally lovable wine.
