
Following the tradition Fred Jerbis produces this Liquor (Amaro) with a unique infusion of all sixteen ingredients including Linden, Ash tree, Mulberry tree, Cypress, Orange tree, Rhubarb, Currant.
The result is an Amaro with pronounced vegetal aromas: gentian, leaf, roots. The taste is delicate and smooth with undergrowth and caramel nuances. The aftertaste is delicately balsamic.
To drink neat or as ingredient in a cocktail.
