Belon du Belon's Riserva del Fondatore 2009 is a tantastic experience for the senses. The creamy taste of Chardonnay meats the power of Pinot Noir with 10 years on the lees.

The selection of the grapes reaches almost 50% of the harvest. The Chardonnay is fermented in barrique, the Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc in steel.
In total only 2000 bottles have been produced.
