COLLI MACERATESI "EREBO" ROSSO RISERVA DOC 2017 - COLLEMARA

This Collemara Riserva can hold its own alongside Italy’s finest red wines.

It comes from the splendid hills surrounding the winery, cultivated using integrated pest management to minimize environmental impact.

Aged for 16 months in 3,000-litre oak casks.

Velvety on the nose and palate, bursting in the finish with notes of liquorice and chocolate. The finish is long and complex.


PAIRING: ideal with all kinds of meat and aged cheeses.
