CESANESE ROSATO LAZIO IGT 2025 - LUNGARELLA

It’s not easy to find a rosé made from Cesanese — and even harder to find a good one.
But this wine from Cantina Lungarella won us over right away.

Its color is a bright, cherry‑pink hue, with beautiful rose aromas on the nose and generous fullness on the palate.

It ages for 6 months in stainless‑steel tanks, then rests briefly in the bottle before release.

It is produced from the estate’s own vineyard at 400 meters of altitude, on typically tuffaceous soil with excellent sun exposure and constant ventilation.


PAIRINGS: a very versatile wine, perfect as an aperitif, with fish‑based dishes, or pizza.
