Champagne Les Beurys comes from the selection of the finest grapes from its namesake cru.
The grapes, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, were harvested in 2017.
After fermentation, one-third of the mass was raised in oak barrels.
The wine was then bottled and left to age on lees for a full 7 years.
Today, Les Beurys has achieved sensational finesse, with a pale golden yellow color and fine bubbles.
The nose is teased by mineral notes, brioche, and candied fruit.
On the palate, pear and caramel emerge, with a long, soft finish.
FOOD PAIRING: perfect throughout the meal, from aperitifs to fish and pork dishes.
