Hand-harvested and fermented in steel, then aged for 12 months in steel tanks before bottling.
Before being marketed, the wine remains in the bottle for at least another 6 months to ensure complete maturation.
A rich and tantalizing nose with black pepper at the forefront. On the palate, it is a wine that can be “chewed” with pleasure on fresh cherry notes.
