Nuvole by Marco Antonelli is a wine that was presented during Vinitaly few years ago and since then it has collected growing appreciation among experts and winelovers.
It's a natural wine made with spontaneous fermentation, low sulphites and great passion.
The blend is from native grapes: Trebbiano, Malvasia and Ottonese (which is a local, rare variety that for making Nuvole goes through skin maceration in order to release aromas and structure).
Nuvole comes from bush-trained vineyards that are over 50 years old Nuvole on clayey soil rich in iron.
Aromas of candied orange, cedar and citrus flowers.
Nice acidity, freshness and salty flavours to the palate.
Great persistence.
PAIRING: Marco Antonelli's Nuvole goes well with all courses. Great with pasta and rabbit meat.
