ANARKIKA MARCHE BIANCO IGT 2024 - COLLEMARA

Anarkika is the most rebellious wine from Collemara.

Born almost as a joke, over the years it has become one of the Marche estate’s most successful wines.

It’s made from Ribona grapes harvested about a week earlier than usual. The grapes undergo a cold maceration on the skins for 3–4 days at 4°C, after which the skins are removed to allow spontaneous fermentation to begin.

Maturation takes place exclusively in stainless steel.

Fresh and convivial, with notes of citrus and flowers, it delivers ample flavour and full satisfaction on the palate.


PAIRINGS: excellent as an aperitif and with mixed salads.
