It comes from selected vineyards in the Langhe region.
After manual harvesting in October, it undergoes fermentation in cement tanks and then matures for approximately 10 months in French oak barrels.
Giovanni Rosso’s Nebbiolo is a magnificent example of equilibrium.
It presents notes of violet and rose on the nose, followed by cherry and blackberry.
On the palate, the tannins are exquisitely fine, resulting in a smooth and easy-drinking experience.
