Berto & Fiorella’s Prosecco is an absolutely classic one, with harvest around mid-September, destemming and soft pressing followed by immediate clarification of the must, which then ferments at a controlled temperature.
The sparkling process then takes place using Prosecco’s typical method, the Martinotti-Charmat.
In the glass, the perlage is fine and brings aromas of apple and citrus alongside a lovely pastry scent.
On the palate, it is harmonious, and the subtle sweetness of the extra dry is pleasantly perceptible.
PAIRING: perfect for all courses, including desserts, especially wine doughnuts and simple cakes.
